(catch and bring in fish)
Faoi réir Airteagal 8 den Ordú seo, ní thabharfaidh duine aon ronnach (scomber scombrus) d'fhad is lú ná 30 ceintiméadar arna thomhas ó bhior an bhruais go dtí foireann eite an eireabaill i dtír aon áit sa Stát.
Subject to Article 8 of this Order, a person shall not land anywhere in the State any mackerel (scomber scombrus) of a length of less than 30 centimetres measured from the tip of the snout to the end of the tail fin.
Gur chun críche seachas mar bhia don duine a thabharfar i dtír é agus nach mó an méid iomlán ronnach den sórt sin sa ghabháil ar bord an bháid lena mbaineann (nó sampla ionadaitheach de) tar éis sortála nó i mbroinn ar bháid nó ar an ngabháil a thabhairt i dtír nó sa dá cheann le chéile, ná 20 faoin gcéad de réir meáchain den mhéid iomlán ronnach sa ghabháil nó sa sampla sin, de réir mar a bheidh.
They are landed for a purpose other than human consumption and the total amount of such mackerel in the catch on board the boat concerned (or a representative sample thereof) after sorting or in the hold or on landing or both does not exceed 20 per cent. by weight of the total amount of mackerel in the said catch or sample, as the case may be.
