Chun a áirithiú go leanfar dá rannpháirtíocht ar comhchéim leis na Stáit Rannpháirteacha uile, tá an Ailgéir, an Éigipt, an Iordáin, an Liobáin agus an Maracó, nach bhfuil comhlachaithe le Fís Eorpach, le glacadh go foirmiúil leis na téarmaí agus na coinníollacha nua a leagtar amach le Cinneadh (AE) 2017/1324, trí chomhaontuithe trí mhalartú litreacha a thabhairt i gcrích leis an Aontas, lena leasaítear agus lena bhforlíontar na Comhaontuithe CET, lena n-áirítear na socruithe cur chun feidhme a síníodh de bhun Airteagal 2 de na Comhaontuithe CET.
In order to ensure continuation of their participation and engagement on an equal footing with all Participating States, Algeria, Egypt, Jordan, Lebanon and Morocco, which are not associated to Horizon Europe, are to formally accept the new terms and conditions set out by Decision (EU) 2017/1324 by concluding agreements with the Union, in the form of an Exchange of Letters, amending and supplementing the STC Agreements, including the implementing arrangements signed pursuant to Article 2 of the STC Agreements,
