Ós deimhin liom go bhfuil glactha ag rialtais na dtíortha atá sonraithe i gCuid I den Sceideal a ghabhann leis seo leis an gCoinbhinsiún Idirnáisiúnta chun Truailliú na Farraige le hala a Chosc, 1954, agus ós deimhin liom go bhfuil glactha ag rialtais na dtíortha atá sonraithe i gCuid II den Sceideal a ghabhann leis seo leis na leasuithe ar an gCoinbhinsiún sin ar glacadh leo an l lú lá d'Aibreán, 1962, ag an gComhdháil de na Rialtais Chonarthacha sa Choinbhinsiún sin, agus ós deimhin liom go bhfuil glactha ag rialtais na dtíortha atá sonraithe i gCuid III den Sceideal a ghabhann leis seo leis na leasuithe ar an gCoinbhinsiún sin ar glacadh leo an 21ú lá de Dheireadh Fómhair, 1969, ag an Tionól den Eagraíocht Chomhairleach Mhuirí Idir-Rialtasach, agus ós deimhin liom go bhfuil na críocha atá sonraithe i gCuid IV den Sceideal a ghabhann leis seo faoi réim an Choinbhinsiúin, déanaimse, AILBHE MAC RAGHNAILL, Aire Iompair, leis seo, i bhfeidhmiú na gcumhachtaí a thugtar dom le halt 19(1) den Acht um Ola-Thruailliú na Farraige, 1956 (Uimh. 25 de 1956), leis an Ordú um Iompar, Breosla agus Cumhacht (Riarachán Roinne agus Feidhmeanna Aire a Aistriú), 1959 (I.R. Uimh. 125 de 1959) agus leis an Ordú Turasóireachta agus Iompair (Ainm na Roinne agus Teideal an Aire a Athrú), 1980 (I.R. Uimh. 11 de 1980), a ordú mar a leanas:
I, ALBERT REYNOLDS, Minister for Transport, being satisfied that the governments of the countries specified in Part I of the Schedule hereto have accepted the International Convention for the Prevention of Pollution of the Sea by Oil, 1954, and being satisfied that the governments of the countries specified in Part II of the Schedule hereto have accepted the amendments to that Convention which were adopted on the 11th day of April, 1962, by the Conference of Contracting Governments to that Convention, and being satisfied that the governments of the countries specified in Part III of the Schedule hereto have accepted the amendments to that Convention which were adopted on the 21st day of October, 1969, by the Assembly of the Inter-Governmental Maritime Consultative Organisation, and being satisfied that the Convention extends to the territories specified in Part IV of the Schedule hereto, hereby, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 19 (1) of the Oil Pollution of the Sea Act, 1956 (No. 25 of 1956) , the Transport, Fuel and Power (Transfer of Departmental Administration and Ministerial Functions) Order, 1959 ( S.I. No. 125 of 1959 ), and the Tourism and Transport (Alteration of Name of Department and Title of Minister) Order, 1980 ( S.I. No. 11 of 1980 ), order as follows:
