Maidir leis na hargóintí a bhaineann leis an anailís ar shaobhadh suntasach a líomhnaítear a bheith lochtach sa ghearán, mheabhraigh an Coimisiún, ar an gcéad dul síos, go leagtar síos le hAirteagal 2(6a)(e) den bhun-Rialachán ceanglas maidir leis na sonraí is gá a bhailiú chun an mhodheolaíocht seo a chur i bhfeidhm agus tús curtha leis an imscrúdú ar an mbonn sin.
At the outset, the Commission emphasized its position that the provisions of Article 2(6a) of the basic Regulation are fully consistent with the European Union’s WTO obligations.. As to the arguments concerning the allegedly flawed significant distortions analysis in the complaint, the Commission recalled, first of all, that Article 2(6a)(e) of the basic Regulation lays down an obligation to collect the data necessary for the application of this methodology when the investigation has been initiated on this basis.
