Dar le FTT, seachas a bheith ag brath ar fhianaise fhíorasach, ní dhéanann an gearánach ach athrá ar thorthaí an Choimisiúin a cuireadh in iúl roimhe seo agus tagraíonn sé don Tuarascáil a dhéileálann ar a uain le margadh agus struchtúir eacnamaíocha na Síne ‘i réimsí níos leithne’ agus gan fianaise ar leith a bhaineann leis an earnáil OFCanna.

In FTT’s view, instead of relying on factual evidence, the complainant merely recites previous Commission findings and refers to the Report which in turn deals with China’s market and economic structures ‘in broader spheres’ and without specific evidence pertaining to the OFC sector.
