(e) Sula dtabharfar aon iasacht nó deontas, tabharfaidh an Stiúrthóir Bainistí don Bhord Feidhmiúcháin breithmheas mionchruinn ar an togra mar aon lena mholtaí agus comhairle an Choiste Chomhairligh, amhail mar is iomchuí, de réir airteagal 25, mír 2.
( e ) Before any loan or grant is made, the Managing Director shall present to the Executive Board a detailed appraisal of the proposal along with his recommendations and the advice of the Consultative Committee, as appropriate, in accordance with article 25, paragraph 2.
