I gcás ina mbeidh feidhm ag an gComhaontú iltaobhach maidir le Soláthar Rialtais a tugadh i gcrích laistigh den Eagraíocht Trádála Domhanda, beidh an nós imeachta um sholáthar ar oscailt freisin d'oibreoirí eacnamaíocha atá bunaithe sna stáit a dhaingnigh an comhaontú sin, faoi na coinníollacha atá leagtha síos sa chomhaontú sin.
Where the plurilateral Agreement on Government Procurement concluded within the World Trade Organisation applies, the procurement procedure shall also be open to economic operators established in the states which have ratified that agreement, under the conditions laid down therein.
