—Subsection (1) of section 18 of the Sea Fisheries Act, 1952 , is hereby amended by the substitution of "£40,000,000" for "fifteen million pounds" (inserted by the Sea Fisheries (Amendment) Act, 1974 ) and that subsection, as so amended, is set out in the Table to this section. TABLE For the purpose of enabling the Board to exercise or perform their functions, the Minister for Finance may, on the recommendation of the Minister, advance from time to time to the Board, out of the Central Fund or the growing produce thereof, such sums (subject to the limitation that the total amount (disregarding interest) standing repayable in respect of them shall at no time exceed £40,000,000) as the Board may from time to time request.
