Dá bhrí sin, i bhfianaise uainiú, mhéid agus imthosca eile an mhéadaithe breise sin ar allmhairí tar éis an cás a thionscnamh (mar shampla, acmhainneacht bhreise sa tSín agus iompraíocht phraghsála na dtáirgeoirí onnmhairiúcháin), is dócha go mbainfidh an t-ardú breise sin an bonn go mór d’éifeacht cheartaitheach aon dleachta cinntithí, mura rud é go gcuirfí an dleacht sin i bhfeidhm go cúlghabhálach.

Such further rise in imports following the initiation of the case is thus likely, in light of its timing, volume and other circumstances (such as the excess capacity in China and pricing behaviour of exporting producers) to seriously undermine the remedial effect of any definitive duty, unless such duty would be applied retroactively.

Dá bhrí sin, i bhfianaise uainiú agus mhéid an mhéadaithe breise sin ar allmhairí tar éis an cás a thionscnamh, phraghas íseal na n-allmhairí sin agus imthosca eile (mar shampla, ró-acmhainneacht sa tSín), is dócha go mbainfidh an t-ardú breise an bonn go mór d’éifeacht cheartaitheach aon dleachta cinntithí.

The further rise in imports following the initiation of the case is thus likely, in light of its timing and volume, low price of those imports, and other circumstances (such as the excess capacity in the PRC), to seriously undermine the remedial effect of any definitive duty.
