    Comment Ce protocole détermine la loi applicable aux obligations alimentaires découlant de relations de famille, de filiation, de mariage ou d'alliance, y compris les obligations alimentaires, envers un enfant indépendamment de la situation matrimoniale de ses parents. Il prévoit qu'en règle générale, les obligations alimentaires sont régies par la loi de l'État de résidence habituelle du créancier.
