    Comment Ce groupe n'existe plus depuis juillet 2018.Les produits concernés sont ceux qui ne figurent pas à l'annexe I du traité d'Amsterdam. Ils contiennent des produits de base agricoles (sucre, lait, céréales ou œufs) et donnent lieu à des restitutions à l'exportation. A noter: l'annexe I du traité d'Amsterdam est l'ancienne annexe II du traité CE, ce qui fait que l'on peut trouver des références aux marchandises (ou produits) "hors annexe II".
