    Comment L'intitulé a été modifié en 2008. Chargés d'enquêter sur les violations et d'intervenir sur des questions précises ou dans des situations d'urgence, les Rapporteurs spéciaux et les Groupes de travail sur les droits de l'homme jouent un rôle de premier plan dans la protection des droits de l'homme.
