    Comment Le terme "corbeille" désigne chacun des trois grands domaines de coopération qui constituent les bases sur lesquelles s'est développé le processus d'Helsinki et la Conférence sur la sécurité et la coopération en Europe.L'Acte final d'Helsinki du 1er août 1975 se divise ainsi en trois "corbeilles":- première corbeille: questions liées à la sécurité européenne- deuxième corbeille: coopération dans le domaine de l'économie, de la technologie et de l'environnement- troisième corbeille: coopération dans le domaine humanitaire et autres.Ces "corbeilles" correspondent aujourd'hui aux structures de base de l'Organisation pour la sécurité et la coopération en Europe, sous le nom de "dimension". Le concept de sécurité de l’OSCE recouvre ainsi les trois dimensions suivantes: politico-militaire, économico-environnementale et humaine.
