Cuir dallán snátha gloine (4.11) isteach i dtóin feadáin ghloine (5.1), doirt 5 ml den mhalartóir ainian (4.10) isteach san fheadán agus nigh an colún le 100 ml de 80% de mheatánól (4.6).
Insert a glass wool plug (4.11) at the bottom end of a glass tube (5.1), pour into the tube 5 ml of the anion exchanger (4.10) and wash the column with 100 ml of 80% methanol (4.6).
