    Comment Le traité de Lisbonne, entré en vigueur le 1er décembre 2009, a supprimé ce poste et créé deux postes distincts:- celui de haut représentant de l'Union pour les affaires étrangères et la politique de sécurité [IATE:2242409 ] et - celui de secrétaire général du Conseil [ IATE:797835 ].
