    Comment Attention : Ne pas confondre avec le rapatriement (IATE:3583822) qui signifie un terme plus large au sens d’organiser et assurer le retour d’un étranger dans son pays de nationalité après une incidence de voyage (p.ex. maladie, fin de séjour dans l’étranger pour des fonctionnaires qui étaient envoyés par la RFA (cf. § 27 der Auslandsumzugskostenverordnung, http://www.gesetze-im-internet.de/bundesrecht/auv_2012/gesamt.pdf )). En introduisant les objectifs de la directive 2008/115/CE dans le système juridique allemand, la « Abschiebung » est devenu la plus fréquente sorte d’éloignement forcé et donc souvent l’éloignement est traduit comme « Abschiebung » bien qu’il y ait encore d’autres notions qui rentrent dans ce champ comme « Zurückschiebung » (cf. IATE:3585272) et « Durchbeförderung ». / Nicht zu verwechseln mit « rapatriement » , was vielmehr mit der Organisation und Durchführung der Rückreise des Ausländers, nach einem Reisevorfall oder dem Umzug von im Ausland tätigen Beamten (§ 27 Auslandsumzugskostenverordnung, http://www.gesetze-im-internet.de/bundesrecht/auv_2012/gesamt.pdf ) betrifft. Mit der Umsetzung der RL 2008/115/EG ist die Abschiebung die am häufigsten vorkommende Form der "Rückführung", obwohl es daneben noch weitere Formen gibt, wie "Zurückschiebung" oder "Durchbeförderung", die Arten von Rückführungen darstellen.
