    Comment 'A committee on aid for economic restructuring in Poland and Hungary' was set up under Article 9 of Regulation (EEC) No 3906/89.     Comment 1. Établie le 3.2.2016, mise à jour le 18.7.2018 à l'occasion de l’accord sur la deuxième tranche de la facilité.2. À la suite d'une demande officielle adressée par la Turquie au Conseil en juin 2022, il a été décidé d'utiliser en anglais les termes Türkiye/Republic of Türkiye (à la place de Turkey/Republic of Turkey). Cette décision n'a pas d'incidence sur la pratique en français et les appellations Turquie/République de Turquie doivent être conservées.
