    Comment Der Begriff "internationaler Haftbefehl" ist gesetzlich nicht definiert. Man verwendet ihn üblicherweise, wenn ein Haftbefehl einen Antrag auf Auslieferung für den Fall der Festnahme im Ausland beinhaltet ( https://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Haftbefehl#Internationaler_Haftbefehl ). Interpol spricht in diesem Zusammenhang auch von einer "Roten Ausschreibung" (vgl. in französischer Sprache https://www.interpol.int/fr/Expertise/Notices ), allerdings handelt es sich dabei nicht um ein Synonym, sondern eine solche Ausschreibung kann erst erfolgen, wenn bereits ein internationaler Haftbefehl vorliegt.

    Comment Le mandat d’arrêt international s’inscrit dans le cadre de la collaboration internationale en matière pénale instituée par divers instruments de droit international, par exemple le Statut du tribunal international pour le Rwanda du 8 novembre 1994. . Le terme est très souvent utilisé de façon abusive pour désigner, soit un mandat d’arrêt national transmis à des autorités étrangères, soit la collaboration dans le cadre d’Interpol, pouvant déboucher sur une procédure d’extradition classique.
