    Comment Ce règlement a remplacé la Convention Bruxelles II [IATE:909273 ]. Il a ensuite été remplacé par le règlement Bruxelles II bis [IATE:933845 ] qui, entre autres, a élargi le champ d'application (la responsabilité parentale n'est plus limitée aux enfants communs).
