Le présent accord entre en vigueur le premier jour du mois suivant celui au cours duquel les deux parties se sont notifié mutuellement l’accomplissement de leurs exigences et procédures internes respectives pour établir leur consentement à être liées.2. Les Parties conviennent d’appliquer le présent accord à titre provisoire à partir du 1er janvier 2021, pour autant qu’elles se soient notifié mutuellement avant cette date l’accomplissement de leurs exigences et procédures internes respectives, nécessaires à l’application à titre provisoire de l’accord. L’application à titre provisoire prend fin à l’une des dates suivantes, la date la plus proche étant retenue:(a) le 28 février 2021 ou une autre date fixée par le conseil de partenariat, ou(b) la date visée au paragraphe 1.
