Measfar dearbhú dócmhainneachta a bheith ar áireamh in achainí féimheachta a chomhdóidh aon fhéichiúnaí, agus ní gá aon dearbhú den sórt sin sa chás sin.

A petition of bankruptcy filed by any debtor shall be deemed to include a declaration of insolvency, and no such declaration shall in such case be necessary.
