Beidh árthaí iascaireachta ar mó ná 120 tonna a n-olltonnáiste inmhuirearaithe de réir na rátaí céanna a bhainfidh le hárthaí tráchtála.

Fishing vessels in excess of 120 tons shall be liable for same tonnage rate as will apply to commercial vessels.
