Más léir, in aon chaingean nó ábhar i ndáil le talamh, gur gá nó gur fóirsteanach an talamh nó aon chuid di a dhíol, féadfaidh an Chúirt a ordú an céanna a dhíol agus cuirfear iallach ar aon pháirtí a bheidh faoi cheangal ag an ordú agus a bheidh i seilbh na talún, nó ag fáil chíosanna agus bhrabúis na talún, an tseilbh nó an fáltas sin a thabhairt suas don cheannaitheoir, nó do cibé duine eile a ordóidh an Chúirt.
If, in any action or matter relating to land, it shall appear necessary or expedient that the land, or any part thereof, shall be sold, the Court may order the same to be sold, and any party bound by the order and in possession of the land, or in receipt of the rents and profits thereof, shall be compelled to deliver up such possession or receipt to the purchaser, or to such other person as the Court may direct.
