Cuirfidh monaróir tarracóra a bheidh formheasta faoi Rialachán 5 de na Rialacháin seo faoi deara an tarracóir a bheith feistithe le déanamh as cosanta ar iompú béal faoi a chomhlíonfaidh forálacha iomchuí na Treorach dá dtagraítear ag uimhir thagartha 11 de Sceideal I a ghabhann leis na Rialacháin seo nó na Treorach dá dtagraítear ag uimhir thagartha 17 den Sceideal sin.
The manufacturer of a tractor approved under Regulation 5 of these Regulations shall cause it to be fitted with a roll-over protection structure which satisfies the relevant provisions of either the Directive referred to at reference number 11 of Schedule 1 to these Regulations or the Directive referred to at reference number 17 of that Schedule.
