    Comment Les principes à respecter par le pays tiers sont les suivants:a) les demandeurs n'ont à craindre ni pour leur vie ni pour leur liberté en raison de leur race, de leur religion, de leur nationalité, de leur appartenance à un groupe social particulier ou de leurs opinions politiques;b) il n'existe aucun risque d’atteintes graves au sens de la directive 2011/95/UE;c) le principe de non-refoulement est respecté conformément à la convention de Genève;d) l'interdiction, prévue par le droit international, de prendre des mesures d’éloignement contraires à l’interdiction de la torture et des traitements cruels, inhumains ou dégradants, y est respectée; ete) la possibilité existe de solliciter la reconnaissance du statut de réfugié et, si ce statut est accordé, de bénéficier d’une protection conformément à la convention de Genève.Un État membre peut examiner au cas par cas si un pays est sûr pour un demandeur déterminé et/ou désigner les pays qu'il considère comme généralement sûrs.
