- Comment Among other things, the agreement provides for mutual recognition of national documents and symbols, a deepening of bilateral cooperation and establishment of diplomatic ties, an undertaking by Serbia not to object to Kosovo's membership in any international organisation, self-management for the Serbian community in Kosovo, and a formalisation of the status of the Serbian Orthodox Church in Kosovo. As of mid-March 2023, the draft wording of the agreement had been approved by the respective leaders but not yet signed by the parties, pending further talks.There is an Implementation Annex which constitutes an integral part of the agreement.
