    Comment Le troisième plan d’action de l’Union européenne sur l’égalité entre les hommes et les femmes dote l'UE d'un cadre stratégique s'articulant autour de cinq axes d'action : il fait de la promotion de l'égalité des sexes une priorité de toutes les politiques et actions extérieures, propose une feuille de route pour travailler conjointement avec les parties prenantes à l'échelon national, régional et multilatéral, intensifie l'action dans des domaines thématiques stratégiques de coopération, appelle les institutions à montrer l'exemple et garantit la transparence des résultats.
