Ní bheidh airde aon déanmhais den sórt sin níos mó ná 4 mhéadar os cionn chothrom na talún i gcás foirgnimh le díon mullaigh leacán nó slinne ná níos mó ná 3 mhéadar in aon chás eile.
The height above ground level of any such structure shall not exceed, in the case of a building with a tiled or slated ridged roof, 4 metres or in any other case, 3 metres.
