D’aontaigh na hionadaithe ó na Ballstáit leis an tuairim ón ECHA agus tháinig an Buanchoiste um Tháirgí Bithicídeacha ar an gconclúid nach raibh go leor fianaise ann chun a dheimhniú go mbeadh an beart maolaithe riosca a mhol an t-iarratasóir leordhóthanach chun a áirithiú go mbeadh an riosca do naíonáin inghlactha, agus nach bhféadfadh sé aon bheart leordhóthanach eile a shainaithint chun an riosca do naíonáin a mhaolú i gcás úsáid scagairí uisce a cóireáladh le seoilít since airgid.
Member States representatives agreed with the opinion of ECHA and the Standing Committee on Biocidal Products concluded that there was not enough evidence to confirm that the risk mitigation measure proposed by the applicant would be sufficient to ensure that the risk to infants would be acceptable, while it could not identify any other adequate measure to mitigate the risk for infants for the use of water filters treated with silver zinc zeolite.
