Europol should also be able to process personal data that are necessary for its support to a specific criminal investigation in one or more Member States where those data are provided by a third country, provided that: the third country is the subject of an adequacy decision in accordance with Directive (EU) 2016/680 of the European Parliament and of the Council (‘adequacy decision’); an international agreement with that third country has been concluded by the Union pursuant to Article 218 of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union (TFEU) that includes the transfer of personal data for law enforcement purposes (‘international agreement’); a cooperation agreement allowing for the exchange of personal data has been concluded between Europol and the third country prior to the entry into force of Regulation (EU) 2016/794 (‘cooperation agreement’); or appropriate safeguards with regard to the protection of personal data are provided for in a legally binding instrument or Europol concludes, based on an assessment of all the circumstances surrounding the transfer of personal data, that those safeguards exist in that third country and provided that the third country obtained the data in the context of a criminal investigation in accordance with procedural requirements and safeguards applicable under its national criminal law.

Except in the case of beekeeping, landless livestock production, where the farmer intending to produce organic livestock does not manage agricultural land and has not established a written cooperation agreement with a farmer as regards the use of organic production units or in-conversion production units for that livestock, shall be prohibited.

in the absence of a Commission adequacy decision under point (a) or an international agreement under point (b), a cooperation agreement has been concluded allowing for the exchange of operational personal data before the date of application of the legal act establishing the Union body, office or agency concerned, between that Union body, office or agency and the third country in question.
Ba cheart Eurojust a bheith in ann sonraí pearsanta a aistriú chuig údarás tríú tír nó chuig eagraíocht idirnáisiúnta ar bhonn cinneadh ón gCoimisiún ina bhfionntar go n-áirithíonn an tír nó an eagraíocht idirnáisiúnta lena mbaineann leibhéal leordhóthanach cosanta sonraí (“cinneadh leordhóthanachta”), nó, in éagmais cinneadh leordhóthanachta, comhaontú idirnáisiúnta arna thabhairt i gcrích ag an Aontas de bhun Airteagal 218 CFAE, nó comhaontú comhair lenar féidir sonraí pearsanta a mhalartú arna thabhairt i gcrích idir Eurojust agus an tríú tír sin roimh dháta chur i bhfeidhm an Rialacháin seo.
Eurojust should be able to transfer personal data to an authority of a third country or an international organisation on the basis of a Commission decision finding that the country or international organisation in question ensures an adequate level of data protection (‘adequacy decision’), or, in the absence of an adequacy decision, an international agreement concluded by the Union pursuant to Article 218 TFEU, or a cooperation agreement allowing for the exchange of personal data concluded between Eurojust and the third country prior to the date of application of this Regulation.
Arna iarraidh sin d’údarás inniúil Ballstáit, féadfaidh Eurojust cúnamh a thabhairt i ndáil le himscrúduithe agus ionchúisimh freisin nach ndéanann difear ach don Bhallstát sin agus do thríú tír, ar choinníoll go bhfuil comhaontú comhair nó socrú lena mbunaítear comhar de bhun Airteagal 52 tugtha i gcrích leis an tríú tír sin nó i gcás sonrach ina bhfuil leas bunúsach ann maidir le cúnamh den chineál sin a chur ar fáil.
At the request of a Member State’s competent authority, Eurojust may also assist with investigations and prosecutions that only affect that Member State and a third country, provided that a cooperation agreement or arrangement establishing cooperation pursuant to Article 52 has been concluded with that third country or provided that in a specific case there is an essential interest in providing such assistance.
I gcásanna práinneacha agus i gcomhréir le hAirteagal 19, féadfaidh an OCC iarrataí dá dtagraítear i mír 1 den Airteagal seo arna n-eisiúint ag tríú tír a thug comhaontú comhair nó socrú oibre i gcrích le Eurojust a fháil agus a tharchur.
In urgent cases and in accordance with Article 19, the OCC may receive and transmit the requests referred to in paragraph 1 of this Article if they have been issued by a third country which has concluded a cooperation agreement or working arrangement with Eurojust.
