Is tríd an bhfaisnéis faoi mhionn agus i scríbhinn ó dhuine a bheidh ceaptha go cuí chuige sin ag an údarás dóiteáin iomchuí a dhéanfar iarratas chun na Cúirte chun barántas a eisiúint faoi alt 22 (7) den Acht chun dul isteach ar thalamh nó i bhfoirgneamh.
An application to the Court for the issue of a warrant under section 22 (7) of the Act to enter land or a building shall be by the information on oath and in writing of a person duly appointed in that behalf by the relevant fire authority.
