    Definition der Beratende Ausschuss setzt sich aus unabhängigen Sachverständigen zusammen, die von der Kommission entsprechend den Fachgebieten und Erfahrungen ausgewählt werden, die für die konkret auftretende Gefahr am relevantesten sind. Der Beratende Ausschuss berät die Kommission auf ihr Ersuchen hin, indem er zu folgenden Punkten Stellung nimmt:a) die Feststellung einer Notlage im Bereich der öffentlichen Gesundheit auf Unionsebene;b) die Aufhebung der Feststellung einer Notlage im Bereich der öffentlichen Gesundheit auf Unionsebene; c) Beratung zur Reaktion einschließlich: i) Formulierung von Reaktionsmaßnahmen, einschließlich Risiko- und Krisenkommunikation, die sich an alle Mitgliedstaaten entsprechend den verschiedenen Stadien der Gefahr in der Union richten;ii) Ermittlung und Beseitigung erheblicher Defizite, Unstimmigkeiten oder Unzulänglichkeiten bei den Maßnahmen, die zur Eindämmung und Bewältigung der spezifischen Gefahr und zur Überwindung ihrer Auswirkungen ergriffen wurden oder ergriffen werden sollen, einschließlich in Bezug auf das klinische Management und die klinische Behandlung, nicht-pharmazeutische Gegenmaßnahmen und den Bedarf an Forschungsarbeiten im Bereich der öffentlichen Gesundheit;iii) Priorisierung der Gesundheitsversorgung, des Katastrophenschutzes und anderer Ressourcen sowie Unterstützungsmaßnahmen, die auf Unionsebene organisiert oder koordiniert werden;iv)in einer späteren Phase Erarbeitung von Empfehlungen für politische Maßnahmen zur Bewältigung und Abmilderung der langfristigen Folgen der betreffenden Gefahr Reference COM-DE gestützt auf den Vorschlag für eine Verordnung zu schwerwiegenden grenzüberschreitenden Gesundheitsgefahren und zur Aufhebung des Beschlusses Nr. 1082/2013/EU (24.3.2021).
