    Sainmhíniú Formally established on March 7 2000, the CEER brings together energy regulators from sixteen EU and EEA Member States: Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Sweden and the United Kingdom. The CEER acts as a focal point for contacts between regulators and the European Commission's Directorate for Energy and Transport (DG TREN). It plays an active part in the Florence Regulatory Process and in the Madrid Regulatory Process.     Nóta Le CEER rassemble les régulateurs de quatorze États membres de l'UE (les 15 moins l'Allemagne) et d'un État membre de l'Espace économique européen (EEE), la Norvège. Il sert de point de contact entre ces régulateurs et la Commission européenne et participe aux processus de Florence et de Madrid. Il maintient des relations étroites avec d'autres organismes de régulation dans le secteur de l'énergie, notamment en Amérique du Nord et dans les pays candidats. S'occupe à la fois du gaz (Forum de Madrid) et de l'électricité (Forum de Florence).
