    Nóta Juristisch gesehen handelt es sich um zwei Tagungen, da der mit dem Kooperationsabkommen zwischen der EWG und den Vertragsparteien der Charta des Kooperationsrates der Arabischen Golfstaaten eingesetzte Gemeinsame Rat [ IATE:795590 ] sich mit Angelegenheiten befasst, die in den damaligen Zuständigkeitsbereich der EWG fallen, während die Ministertagung sich mit außenpolitischen Fragen befasst, die nicht unter das Abkommen fallen.Die beiden Tagungen finden gleichzeitig statt und haben die gleichen Teilnehmer.Ref.     Nóta Legally these are two meetings, since the EU-GCC Joint Council [IATE:795590 ] was established in the 1988 EU-GCC agreement and deals with matters of EC competence of the time, whilst the Ministerial meeting deals with "foreign policy" which falls outside the remit established by the agreement.
