    Comment The Working Party has two formations: the e-Law formation, which deals with legal databases and the exchange of information in the field of e-law, and the e-Justice formation, which deals with European e-Justice Action Plan and handles the European e-justice portal.The Working Party on E-Law was formerly known as the Working Party on Legal Data Processing (E-Justice and E-Law). Further to the Treaty of Lisbon, legal data processing issues were transferred to the Commission in July 2010.
