    Comment - Le règlement européen sur les semi-conducteurs comporte trois composantes principales :1) l’initiative «Semi-conducteurs pour l’Europe», qui vise à soutenir le renforcement des capacités technologiques et l’innovation à grande échelle pour mettre au point des puces d’avant-garde ; 2) un nouveau cadre pour attirer les investissements à grande échelle dans les capacités réelles de production et garantir la sécurité de l’approvisionnement ; 3) un mécanisme de coordination entre les États membres et la Commission pour surveiller les évolutions du marché et anticiper les crises.- “Le terme anglais “act” étant délicat à traduire en français vu qu’il n’existe pas à proprement parler de « loi » européenne, ce terme a parfois été traduit par « législation européenne », « loi européenne », « paquet législatif » « action ». Toutefois, le terme qu’il convient de retenir ici est « règlement sur les semi-conducteurs ».
