    Nóta L’initiative «Semi-conducteurs pour l’Europe» prévoit que ce réseau de centres de compétences soit établi dans toute l’Union pour fournir une expertise aux parties prenantes, y compris aux petites et moyennes entreprises (PME) qui sont les utilisateurs finals, aux start-ups ainsi qu’aux secteurs verticaux, et pour améliorer leurs compétences.
