    Comment NB: il est à noter que " récolte" s'entend au sens large et inclut aussi bien les produits végétaux qu'animaux. Il convient de distinguer "pertes" et "gaspillage". On entend par "pertes" une modification de la disponibilité, de la comestibilité ou de la qualité d'un aliment qui le rend impropre à la consommation humaine. Le gaspillage est l'action de trier et mettre au rebut délibérément ou consciemment une ressource alimentaire alors qu'elle est parfaitement comestible.
