    Comment Es sollte ausdrücklich darauf hingewiesen werden, dass den überarbeiteten FATF-Empfehlungen entsprechend „Steuerstraftaten“ im Zusammenhang mit direkten und indirekten Steuern von der weit auszulegenden Definition des Begriffs „kriminelle Tätigkeit“ nach dieser Richtlinie erfasst werden. Da in jedem Mitgliedstaat möglicherweise andere Steuervergehen als „kriminelle Tätigkeiten“ gelten, die mit den in Artikel 3 Absatz 4 Buchstabe f dieser Richtlinie genannten Sanktionen belegt werden können, dürfte es auch bei den nationalen strafrechtlichen Definitionen des Begriffs „Steuerstraftat“ Unterschiede geben.
