Cóip statach de shonraí a easpórtáiltear ó IATE ó am go chéile atá sa chnuasach seo. Níor cheart glacadh leis gurb ionann i gcónaí an t-eolas a thugtar faoi iontráil anseo agus a bhfuil sa leagan reatha den iontráil ar IATE. Is féidir an leagan reatha sin a cheadú ach cliceáil ar an nasc atá ar thaobh na láimhe deise ag barr gach iontrála. Breis eolais »

Nóta The process could be simplified in the following steps (in reality there are more than one reactor):Step 1: fresh catalyst is introduced at the top of the reactor (the catalyst allows to upgrade the octane of heavy naphtha which is in the reactor)Step 2: the catalyst flows down by gravity to the bottom of the reactor, and is progressively "spent" during the reactionStep 3: the spent catalyst is removed from the bottom of the reactor and introduced in an external regenerator (Continuous Catalyst Regeneration reforming unit).Step 4: The catalyst is "regenerated" (the carbon is burned from the catalyst)Step 5: The regenerated catalyst is introduced at the top of the reactor, and the cycle starts again
