    Nóta L'encadrement temporaire prévoit cinq types d'aides:i) aides sous forme de subventions directes, d'avantages fiscaux sélectifs et d'avances remboursables;ii) aides sous forme de garanties sur les prêts contractés par des entreprises auprès des banques;iii) aides sous forme de prêts publics bonifiés octroyés aux entreprises;iv) aides sous forme de garanties pour les banques qui acheminent les aides d'État vers l'économie réelle;v) aides sous forme d'assurance-crédit à l'exportation à court terme.Cet encadrement permet aux États membres de garantir la disponibilité de liquidités suffisantes pour les entreprises de tous types et de préserver la continuité de l'activité économique pendant et après la flambée de COVID-19.
