Nóta Il existe une discussion en droit français sur la distinction entre "dommage" et "préjudice". Pour certains ces deux termes sont interchangeables. Pour d'autres, le terme dommage est une notion de fait et objective tandis que le préjudice est une notion juridique et subjective découlant du dommage.
