Sainmhíniú (I) Activity Based Management (ABM) is the covering notion for the new programming, budgeting, management and reporting methods adopted by the Commission. It encompasses prioritisation and resource allocation at the level of the College and general principles for management at the level of departments. It covers all resources managed by the Commission regardless of the budgetary source and thus covers the European Development Fund and the ECSC as well as the Community Budget. Sainmhíniú (I) La "gestion fondée sur les activités" ([Activity Based Management] ABM) ou "gestion par activités" (GPA) est la notion qui recouvre l'ensemble des nouvelles méthodes de programmation, d'établissement du budget, de gestion et d'élaboration des rapports adoptées par la Commission.
