(2.Teil) = Botschafter (Ständige Vertreter) IATE:973639 ;bereitet alle Entscheidungen einer Ratssitzung vor, indem sie, je nachdem, ob über sie schon Einigkeit erzielt wurde oder nicht, als A-Punkte oder B-Punkte klassifiziert warden.Infolge der Mitteilung des Vereinigten Königreichs gemäß Artikel 50 EUV nehmen die Mitglieder des Europäischen Rates, des Rates und seiner Vorbereitungsgremien, die das Vereinigte Königreich vertreten, weder an den diesen Mitgliedstaat betreffenden Beratungen noch an der entsprechenden Beschlussfassung teil. In diesen Fällen wird der AStV (Artikel 50) einberufen.

- Nóta The Permanent Representatives Committee is divided into two parts:- Coreper (Part 1), composed of the Deputy Permanent Representatives [ IATE:788172 ], which deals with the preparation of Council meetings in the following configurations: Employment, Social Policy, Health and Consumer Affairs; Competitiveness (Internal Market, Industry, Research and Space); Transport, Telecommunications and Energy; Agriculture and Fisheries; Environment; and Education, Youth, Culture and Sport- Coreper (Part 2), composed of the Permanent Representatives [ IATE:973639 ], which deals with the preparation of Council meetings in the following configurations: General Affairs; External Affairs; Economic and Financial Affairs; and Justice and Home Affairs.As a result of the UK's notification under Article 50 TEU, the members of the European Council, the Council and its preparatory bodies representing the United Kingdom do not participate in any discussions or decisions which concern it. In these instances, Coreper (Article 50) is convened.In the same way that the Council's agenda is divided into A and B items (A being for formal approval and B for discussion), Coreper's agenda is divided into Part I and Part II items.

- Nóta Le Coreper agit au moyen de deux formations:- le Coreper I ou Coreper (1re partie), composé des représentants permanents adjoints [ IATE:788172 ], couvre les dossiers à caractère technique, et- le Coreper II ou Coreper (2e partie), composé des représentants permanents [ IATE:973639 ], traite des sujets à caractère politique, commercial, économique ou institutionnel. Les compétences du Coreper s'appliquent à tous les domaines d'activité du Conseil, à l'exception de certaines questions agricoles, qui relèvent du Comité spécial Agriculture [ IATE:784324 ].À la suite de la notification par le Royaume-Uni au titre de l'article 50 du traité sur l'Union européenne, les membres du Conseil européen, du Conseil et de ses instances préparatoires représentant le Royaume-Uni ne participent pas aux discussions ni aux décisions concernant celui-ci. Dans ce cas, le Coreper se réunit en formation Coreper (article 50).
