- Nóta ‘Community legislation distinguishes between releasing goods for free circulation (see release for free circulation IATE:1080863 ) and releasing them for home use. To obtain the release of goods for free circulation simply requires customs duty to be paid whereas for goods to be released for home use, various other provisions, e.g. on taxation, also have to be applied. La mise en libre pratique ne vise que le paiement des droits de douane; la mise à la consommation exige, en outre, l'application des différentes dispositions, notamment d'ordre fiscal.
