    Nóta The following procedures established by the Decision remain:- the advisory procedure [ IATE:914346 ] (Article 3 of the Decision, now Article 4 of the Regulation)- the regulatory procedure with scrutiny [ IATE:2229352 ] (Article 5a of the Decision) with regard to existing basic acts making reference thereto (Article 12 of the Regulation).The following new procedures have been introduced:- the examination procedure [ IATE:3531511 ] (Article 5 of the Regulation) - a variant of the 'examination procedure' allowing immediate adoption of acts by the Commission in exceptional urgent cases to avoid disruption of agricultural markets or a risk for the EU's financial interests (Article 7 of the Regulation)- an unnamed procedure (a variant of either the advisory procedure or the examination procedure) to be used for the adoption of provisional anti-dumping or countervailing measures and in other duly justified urgent cases (Article 8 of the Regulation).The following procedures have been abolished and replaced by the examination procedure:- the management procedure [ IATE:914347 ] (Article 4 of the Decision)- the regulatory procedure [ IATE:914348 ] (Article 5 of the Decision)- the safeguard procedure [ IATE:914349 ] (Article 6 of the Decision).
