    Comment Gemäß der Richtlinie zur Bekämpfung des sexuellen Missbrauchs von Kindern müssen die EU-Mitgliedstaaten dafür sorgen, dass sich strafbar macht, - wer für sexuelle Zwecke veranlasst, dass ein Kind, das das Alter der sexuellen Mündigkeit noch nicht erreicht hat, Zeuge sexueller Handlungen oder sexuellen Missbrauchs wird; - wer sexuelle Handlungen an einem Kind (also einer Person unter achtzehn Jahren) vornimmt und dabei eine anerkannte Stellung des Vertrauens, der Autorität oder des Einflusses auf das Kind missbraucht, oder dabei ausnutzt, dass das Kind in einer besonders schwachen Position ist, oder dabei Zwang, Gewalt oder Drohungen anwendet, einschließlich der Veranlassung sexueller Handlungen mit Dritten.__________________________________Siehe auch Artikel 19 der VN-Kinderrechtskonvention (7.10.2021)Nach deutschem Recht "sexuelle Handlungen mit, an oder vor einer Person unter vierzehn Jahren bzw.
