- Nóta For the purposes of point II.(e) of Annex I to Directive 2008/4/EC on credit agreements for consumers as amended by Commission Directive 2011/90/EU of 14 November 2011 CELEX:32011L0090/EN - which concerns open-end credit agreements other than overdraft facilities - an open-end credit agreement is a credit agreement without fixed duration and which includes credits which must be repaid in full within or after a period but, once repaid, become available to be drawn down again. The same applies to point II.(k) of Annex I to the proposal for a Directive in the Council's general approach set out in Council document ST 10587/12 http://register.consilium.europa.eu/pdf/en/12/st10/st10587.en12.pdf , which concerns open ended credit agreements other than overdraft facilities and bridging loans.
