- Sainmhíniú one of the bodies that compose the administrative and management structure of ENISA, whose main task is to advise ENISA in respect of the performance of ENISA's tasks, and in particular the Executive Director on the drawing up of a proposal for ENISA's annual work programme and on ensuring communication with the relevant stakeholders on issues related to the annual work programme Tagairt Council-EN, based on Articles 13 and 21 of Regulation (EU) 2019/881 on ENISA and on information and communications technology cybersecurity certification (Cybersecurity Act)
- Nóta The ENISA Advisory Group is to be established by the Management Board of ENISA and will be composed of recognised experts representing the relevant stakeholders (ICT industry, providers of electronic communications networks or services, SMEs, operators of essential services, consumer groups, academic experts in the field of cybersecurity, and representatives of competent authorities, of European standardisation organisations, as well as of law enforcement and data protection supervisory authorities), with a mandate of two-and-a-half years.
