Is le fógra foriarratais, a sheirbheálfar ar gach páirtí dá ndéanfaidh an t-iarratas difear agus a thaiscfear leis an gCláraitheoir Contae laistigh de cheithre lá tar éis an t-iarratas a dhéanamh chuig an mBreitheamh Cuarda, a dhéanfar an t-achomharc sin.
Such appeal shall be by notice of motion served on all parties affected by the application and lodged with the County Registrar within four days of the application to the Circuit Judge.
